I am constantly amazed by the people who want artisan coffee once they realize that it doesn't have to be burnt, it doesn't ever have to be bitter and that roasted properly, it is an antioxidant that is very good for you! Drink more great coffee and refrain from putting sugar and cream in it and the natural and amazing flavors of coffee will say hello to your taste buds. Go ahead, I dare you! :)
