Back from Arizona!

Sometimes you have to go places and learn about new ways of doing things from others and also share ideas with fellow roasters who are into coffee for the love as we are at TeenyTinyCoffeeCompany. Precise temperature control is so very important in delivering a superior roast level to those wanting to drink Artisan Coffee. I have officially begun my journey towards becoming a Master Roaster. The more I learn, the more I want to know about this wonderful little coffee bean. Stay tuned for more information relating to how the roast process determines so importantly the difference between a good coffee and a GREAT coffee!

I am constantly amazed by the people who want artisan coffee once they realize that it doesn't have to be burnt, it doesn't ever have to be bitter and that roasted properly, it is an antioxidant that is very good for you! Drink more great coffee and refrain from putting sugar and cream in it and the natural and amazing flavors of coffee will say hello to your taste buds. Go ahead, I dare you! :)

The roasting curve which we use as the definitive measure of a properly roasted coffee based on region of the bean is very much in use by other roasters who are working at the Master Level. TeenyTinyCoffeeCompany continues to move forward in the learning and application of these techniques to deliver the finest coffees available to you.

Coming Soon, our new ordering system for online ordering of our coffees!

Stay Tuned!
